How do I redeem USDF?

Open Buy and choose Redeem. Redemption is 1:1 for USDG and depends on USDG transfers succeeding. Global Dollar (USDG), issued by Paxos, retains pause and freeze powers over its own token.

Where are API keys and models?

API keys are in your account. Browse Models for current prices, availability and data policies.

Where can I see my ticket's status?

Replies and status updates are sent by email, with your ticket number.

How long does a reply take?
